Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MLTX, a trading name of Meltworx Limited (Company No. 14131175), located at Lytchett House, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA. For questions, contact us at info@mltxai.com.

1. Service Overview

MLTX provides Sales Development Representative-as-a-Service (SDRaaS) packages to generate and manage qualified B2B meetings for clients. Services include multi-channel outreach, provision of email and LinkedIn accounts, and delivery of leads to meet quoted meeting targets.

Excluded services: CRM setup, automation integrations, additional seats, or any services not explicitly included in the package pricing. These may be provided at additional cost.

We do not guarantee specific KPI outcomes (e.g., closed deals), as clients retain control of pricing, offers, and closing activities. Meeting targets are indicative and assessed annually to account for seasonality.

2. Subscription Terms, Billing & Payment

• Services are offered as monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, invoiced via Stripe.
• Each contract has a minimum term depending on package size, communicated during the sales process.
• All invoices must be paid in full before work commences. Services will be paused until payment is cleared.
• Discounts on annual plans are applied as stated; however, due to setup costs, full refunds cannot be guaranteed if a contract is terminated early. MLTX will attempt to reimburse as much as possible at its discretion.
• Either party may choose not to renew at the end of the minimum term or current contract period with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Client Data & Intellectual Property

• Client-provided prospect/lead data remains the property of the client and may be exported at any time.
• All underlying systems, workflows, automations, templates, and processes are proprietary to Meltworx Limited.
• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use services for internal business operations only. Repurposing, copying, or reselling is prohibited.

4. GDPR & Data Protection

Meltworx Limited is ICO registered and operates in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. We collect and process personal data necessary to provide outreach services, including names, locations, email addresses, and phone numbers. Data is stored on MLTX AI infrastructure; clients only access their assigned meetings and reports.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use services for lawful business purposes only.
• Do not send unsolicited messages, spam, or harass individuals.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or resell our systems.
• Comply with third-party platform terms (e.g., LinkedIn, email providers).
• Violation may result in suspension or termination of service.

6. Non-Solicitation

During the contract and for 12 months after termination, clients may not directly hire or solicit MLTX employees, contractors, or agents involved in providing services.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MLTX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.
• We are not responsible for revenue outcomes, third-party downtime, seasonal variability, or platform restrictions.

8. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MLTX, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Force Majeure

MLTX is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, platform failures, or government actions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Included Services per Tier

CRM and integrations costs are not included. Each package includes:

• Leads to reach quoted meeting targets.
• Multi-channel outreach functionality (email, LinkedIn).
• Platform access: 1 multi-channel Reply.io seat.
• Email infrastructure: 1 custom Google domain with 5 email accounts.
• Additional services, seats, or integrations are extra cost and agreed in writing.

12. Modifications to Terms

MLTX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
